A graduate of Florida State University, Heather brings over
15 years of experience in vacation rental management to her role. Her expertise
and innovative approach to data-based yield management have been instrumental in
curating a collection of market-leading luxury vacation rentals along the
Forgotten Coast.
Heather is a respected speaker at industry conferences and
educational seminars, sharing her insights and knowledge on vacation rental
management. Outside of her professional life, Heather cherishes spending time
with her family and enjoys reading.

Originally from South Carolina, Matt embarked on his career in the vacation rental industry in 2012. Over the years, he has climbed every rung of the industry's ladder, advancing from entry-level positions to top executive roles and gaining comprehensive experience along the way.
His professional journey includes tenures at both boutique firms and national brands, where he has honed his skills in creative problem-solving and consistently raised care standards for homeowners and guests alike. Matt's leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence and innovation in the vacation rental space, ensuring that both homeowners and guests receive unparalleled service and care.
Chief Owner Relations Officer
With a BA in Psychology and over 20 years of experience in
property management, Sarah has played a pivotal role in the founding and
success of Cape & Coast Premier Properties.
Originally from Tennessee, Sarah has made the Gulf Coast her home for over 40 years, where she lives with her husband, Mark. Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys painting, reading, and taking walks on the beach, finding inspiration in the beauty of the coastal surroundings.
At Cape & Coast Premier Properties, we are proud to be a locally-owned business that values the strength and character of our community. Since our founding in 2016, we've committed to keeping it local by employing 55 residents full-time, offering them comprehensive benefits, and creating stable, rewarding careers, while working along with an additional 200 local contractors who support us in our housekeeping and inspection departments. By investing in our community, we ensure that the economic benefits of our business are shared with the people and businesses that make the Forgotten Coast so special.

In 2023, we proudly supported the Franklin County Humane Society by donating funds to renovate the dog feeding area. We completed the space by enlisting help from local muralist Javier Arreguin to bring beauty and art for all to enjoy.
