Loved the close proximity to the beach, updated decor, comfortable beds and linens. The newest, luxe beach decor and hanging beds on the balcony was such a beautiful touch since our last visit. The ice machine was welcome and very much appreciated !!

We loved the house, its proximity to the beach as well as the private pool. It was perfect for our group, and I’d love to return in the future. The booking, checking in, and checking out was easy! We loved the option to rent bikes, beach equipment, etc.

House is set up perfectly from the 2 min walk to the beach, nice pool, fun little bay park nearby, and quiet non crowded white sand beaches.   Kids loved it, and Adults loved it. We have vacationed in the Santa Rosa Beach area for 10 years and this was by far the best set up place overall we have stayed. Only thing Santa Rosa/Destin area has on Cape San Blas/Port St. Joe Area is much clear oceans.

We had a wonderful time here. The home was gorgeous spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes silverware and cookware. The walkway to the beach was very well kept and just a short distance from the Tipsy Turtle. You could sit outside on the screened in porch and watch and listen to the waves of the ocean. The only downfall to our trip was the weather, it rained much more than we anticipated. We still had an awesome time!!! Thanks!! We hope to see you again soon!!!! Kelley Phillips and family

We were three couples with 4 kids, so total 10 people. The house was immaculate and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the office staff were very helpful and accomodating. It was an incredible experience and we will definitely do it again!

This house was a perfect spot for out family. The place was well taken care of and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was also very convenient and had a great view of the ocean out on the front deck. Would absolutely visit again.

This house was perfect for our extended family! The home has been updated since our reservation was made in December 2021! Absolutely love the improvements. Lots more seating inside and out. This house met all our needs and more. We hope to come stay again in the future.

First off, the house was spotless and in the perfect area, it was Beautifully decorated and supplied with all our needs. The beach was a short distance and so was the necessary shopping and dining. Indian Pass Raw bar and St. Joe Seafood are must do’s. We found that everyone we met was very welcoming and friendly. The pool was perfect for the afternoons and evenings after the beach. Baytown Property management was amazing to work with. We will definitely be back.

First off the rental company was excellent to work with as property managers. Quick professional responses. The house was absolutely beautiful with everything needed for a perfect week. St. Joe fish market and Indian Pass raw bar is a must. Looking forward to coming back.

WOW! Location and house were perfect for our vacation. The Vacation Rental company were exceptional to work with. Location across from the bay park where you can put in Kayaks, grill/picnic insect free, and roam or drive the beach....walk to music entertainment and pick up a wonderful dinner....quiet neighborhood....well maintained...easy access to awesome! The home offered everything in kitchen and baths....thoughtful for the renter. Outside space was really nice.....fire pit to crystal clear and clean pool....we loved this property....we have rented six times on the cape and really enjoyed this home....The Rental Company was so exceptional....

This vacation destination was fantastic. The location is quiet and secluded, but not too far away from everything you need. If you're looking for "getaway", come here. The house was, for the most part, well-maintained. We did find a few not-insignificant problems, but overall the house was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We would certainly consider staying at this property again.

Could not have asked for a better house to stay in for the week!! We had a baby and dog and the house was set up perfectly!!! Our dog loved the backyard and being out on the porches with us. It was such a close walk to the beach for evening walks! And having the pool made it perfect to hang out while the baby was sleeping! Will definitely be coming back!

The grand kids (4 of them) slept in the bunk room and loved it. There were 3 other bedrooms for the adults. The large den area was big enough for all of us to read or watch tv. The house is just across from the walkway to the beach. If not for the tropical storm that brought heavy rain for the first 3 days, it would have been perfect. Great house and great fun.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tip Sea Turtle!!! Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed. The pool was great! We brought a volley ball net and played water volley ball every afternoon. Hopefully we will rent this house next year!

We had a large family meeting to vacation together and need a place that would sleep 10. This newly constructed home was perfect! The home has everything we needed and more! The private pool was perfect for kids and relaxing when the ocean was too rough from the tropical storm that made landfall in the Gulf when we first arrived. The short boardwalk to the beach was also a plus! This was a lovely neighborhood that was very low key. We had the best experience for our first time at the Cape.

That was enjoyable. The only thing different for us was the amount of vehicles driving on the beaches. We had little ones with us and felt that was a little dangerous.
