Beautiful home, but needs some tender loving care. Love that kitchen, but not as equipped as most I’ve rented for the past 13 years at the cape. Can’t emphasize enough the quick response from Cape and Coast…I was so thankful to have the ac working!

We loved how responsive Cape and Coast employees were anytime we called with an issue. ***We'll be return customers of C&C BECAUSE of the staff.*** They were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. The maintenance crew addressed items in a very timely manner and the things they couldn't fix, they explained why and apologized (broken blinds, missing wine-fridge, leaking ceiling, all things beyond their control). We will absolutely rent from Cape and Coast every year when we return for our winter stay on Cape San Blas.

We really enjoyed this beach front home! The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We had some maintenance requests and the management company was very quick to respond. We would love to stay here again!

Woe had a wonderful vacation on the Cape. Cape and Coast always take good care of us. When we had trouble with the doors locking. They sent a man at 10 in the evening to help us lock the doors. This was a great house. It had primarily everything we needed. The elevator was very convenient especially for bringing up our luggage and groceries. The listing advertised having a green egg, however the one that was there was run down and not useable. A gas grill was available though. The maintenance staff was responsive with our requests. I would stay at this rental home again.

overall our stay was awesome. The house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The proximity to the water was ideal. The management was very responsive and helpful when called. Would definitely love to come back to Mar-A-Lago.

We didn't realize or get the email regarding the need to bring extra toiletries/such, as they provided just an initial roll or start of paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc, so was more expensive in obtaining there vs we could've went ahead and packed our own home supply...The only issue was that the elevator wasn't working, which was ok in our case, but had we had a special needs or elderly person accompanying, would have been difficult. Overall, we had one of the best vacations ever, views in every room/deck were spectacular, can't wait to go back!

It was our first time visiting Cape San Blas, and the perfect area during COVID. The house was newly renovated and the finishes were incredible....dream kitchen, beautiful linens on the beds, and wonderful layout for our family. Lots of stairs (the elevator did not work) but we loved having the master bedroom on the top floor and kids on the bottom. The beach views were a dream from every room! The outdoor balcony furniture was awesome, we loved having our morning coffee out there and sunsets at night. We used the SOLO stove on the beach for beach fires everyday, it was great! The green egg was rusted and was not useable but they had another small charcoal grill available. We cooked every meal including Xmas dinner in the beautiful felt like being home, there was not one utensil I was missing it was perfectly stocked!We used our beach credit provided for chairs and bikes and enjoyed biking up 30-A everyday. There is a fresh fish market just up the road and we enjoyed picking up a different fish each night for dinner. I rarely find a rental house that has all of the amenities and finishes of home and this one fit the bill... we can't wait to return!! Cape and Coast was easy to work with, they answered all of our questions and provided us with details about the area that were helpful.

The vacation rental was just as we hoped. It was new, beautifully furnished, clean, and in a perfect location. We really like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The elevator was helpful in getting our luggage and groceries up and down. The beach was nice and wide, with the best shelling we’ve ever seen. We used our beach gear credit for beach chairs and a kayak and got a lot of use out of both. The house is very roomy with plenty of privacy, and great common areas. We loved the dining room table with lots of seating and spent a lot of time out on the decks eating, reading, or watching the waves. My parents are high risk for Covid, but felt very safe with lots of room to social distance on the beach. It was a wonderful week!

We just arrived home from a week stay in Mar-A-Lago. We had two families of 4 and a bachelor brother in law (9 people in all)....There was more than enough space and we never felt cramped. Kitchen is very user friendly. More than enough indoor and outdoor space. Great location right on the beach and close to anything you may need. We are all ready to go back..

Mar-A-Lago was a great house and location for our family of 12. Bedrooms, kitchen, living area and decks all met our needs and expectations. Good location with quick access to the Trading Post and St. Joe Shrimp Company. We requested assistance with a few minor maintenance issues and the staff responded promptly (even after hours) and professionally. The only negative was the elevator which was out of order and not repaired during our stay. This made it difficult to move items up/down 3-4 flights of steps. We'd rent from Cape and Coast again and rent this house as well.
