Together, the two units comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests across 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, with identical layouts designed to enhance comfort and privacy. Whether you’re enjoying a sunset from the spacious decks or gathering indoors in the open-concept living spaces, these properties offer the ideal setting for your vacation.

EACH UNIT includes the following features:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The guest accommodations can comfortably sleep up to 20 people (10 each unit).
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
