The location is excellent. The house has great views. It was the perfect size for our family. Your company's quick responses to questions and issues was fantastic. This was the second time we've been to St George Island and have used your company. We will definitely be back.

We've been coming to St. George Island for many years, and this was one of the better houses we've rented. Loved the laminate flooring instead of carpet. House well maintained. Pool serviced twice per week. The company responded to text messages with 5 minutes. Great location. Walk directly across the street to access the beach. Appreciated that beach towels were furnished.

Loved the pool, the outdoor area, the location in proximity to the beach, the layout of the house, and the front porch! Comfortable beds too! Overall we loved the house and are looking at coming back next year.

The house was the perfect size for us, it was comfortable and accommodated 3 generations. The kitchen is stunning, well stocked and the focal point of the space. Bedrooms are great, each had its own bathroom and rooms are spaced apart, the master has a large beautiful bathroom and big walk-in closet. The front porch ocean view was wonderful, we enjoyed our coffee and cocktails out there and the downstairs open area offered a second living area where we could get out of the sun, read a book or take a nap. Complete with a large TV, cook area and picnic table and a gorgeous pool where we spent most of our time. The beach access is right across the street it's a 2 min walk, so convenient! The management company was superb - we made a call about the TV and they came right over along with the grill tank feeling light and they swapped it out right away - excellent service 5 star all the way. We'll be back!

We love that the home is dog friendly. We had plenty of room for the kids to stretch out. Very short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfy! The kids loved the pool and the pool area. We would definitely rent this home again.

The home was very comfortable. We were pleased with Cape and Coast they are a pleasure to work with. The nugget ice maker was great. I will be purchasing one for my own home.

We loved this home so much! We hope we can rent it again next year for our 2024 vacay (I am looking for dates it’s available now)! The ONLY thing it needed was a built in doggie safety gate at the top of the porch, but this home is PERFECT! Our whole family loved it! The teens enjoyed the pool area. The extra bathroom down by the pool was a plus for everyone. We loved how it was dog friendly, and so clean! So close to the beach! We love SGI and will be back even if this home is booked next year! You can tell the owners take such good care of the home. Thank you so much for letting us rent for our vacay! Thank you- the Lavenders

Property was very well equipped. Pool and sitting area outside was used every day and perfect. Great view of beach from front porch which was very relaxing. Carport area under house was perfect for the rain showers that passed for the kiddos to play under. Very clean. Our first St George visit to avoid the 30-A crowds was a success. We will be back. Only negative was Wi-Fi was weak.

I cannot say enough positive comments about SGI Premier; they are hands down THE BEST ! We have been coming to the island for over 40 years md this was by far our best experience. We had an issue with a toilet and maintenance was there within 30 minutes. We also noticed some of the cookware was worn and within the hour we had a brand new set of cookware. The home was beautiful, spotless and beautifully prepared for our Thanksgiving holiday. SGI Premier was communicative, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They will be our go to for future visits.

Beautiful home located across the street from the beach with a perfect view from the front porch. Very clean and comfortable with all the accommodations of home.
