The house was amazing- perfect layout. Loved the proximity to the ocean! Inside- my favorite things were the big comfy couch, the best mattresses and the water pressure in the shower! Outside- the wrap around porch with lots of seating was amazing!

This was actually our second time to stay this beautiful beach house. It is fairly close to the cut for a nice walk, very close to the water with a really pretty boardwalk, obviously lots of wildlife to see, and an easy walk or bike ride to the clubhouse with the gym in the pool. The house has one of the best equipped kitchens. I’ve seen at the beach in a long time. It’s just a great place to stay!

Great house, but could not figure out the microwave since no manual was available, I don’t like to cook on high. We are tall people(5’9” & 6’2”) and that king bed was a bit much, but very comfortable. Another minor issue, no where to store food in kitchen, used the laundry room shelving. Very comfortable house. Looking forward to rent from you again.

From the minute we walked into this property we were amazed. Place was immaculate, every detail was taken care of. The VIEW was amazing. Plenty of covered parking was a big plus and the walk to beach was so convenient. We've being visiting St George Island for over 20 years, usually at least 2 trips per year. This is one of the better homes we have ever stayed at. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

This is a beautiful beach home; great location, well appointed, extra comfortable with great cell service/wifi. My husband and I have stayed in several houses in the Plantation and this one is special. As a chef and culinary instructor having a kitchen such as theirs was a real treat. They have everything! We're so happy to have found it and are booked once again for 2023. We can't wait!!

"OhMyGosh!" is definitely what we said on first sighting of OMG by the Sea. Tons of covered parking was great for our family. It was also a place to play out of the sun. The deck wrapped around the house and was gated so the kids and dogs could play without us having to worry about them. When we walked into the main living area, we were stunned by the view. It's gorgeous! Pictures don't do it justice. Sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking. The kitchen was awesome, as we like to stay in and cook most nights and it was better stocked than any rental we have ever stayed in. Plenty of storage space and a nice laundry room. . There are two suites on the ocean side, and for our cooler-weather stay in February it was lovely to have the sliders open and feel the fresh air. The beds are super comfortable which was really important to us. The amenities in the house were great. Wi-fi and cell phone service are excellent, which can't always be said out on the island. There is a collection of family friendly games that we really enjoyed. We read a lot about the sea turtles, but we were there in winter so we didn't get to see them. I can't wait to go back during turtle season. Our visit was in February and weather was lovely. I suspect the same is true all year round. Enjoy enjoy enjoy!

From the moment we walked in, we were in love. The house is open, spacious and truly right on the beach. Whether in the house, on the spacious deck or on the beach, the atmosphere and ambiance is comfortable and relaxing. The view of the ocean is always present and inviting. We will be back and thank you for sharing this beach home.

The views were amazing! And having the beach right out the back door made it the perfect destination. It was quiet, relaxing and perfect for some much needed R&R!!! There was absolutely nothing bad we could say about this property. It was perfect in every way!!!

We have been renting for ten years, mostly in the Plantation. OMG by the Sea is one of the top on our list: great kitchen layout, top-of-the-line appliances, excellent TV/Internet. We enjoyed the wide shaded porch, in the sun or shaded, with easy access to the beach. The home appears to have just gotten a new paint job, which added to the feeling of newness about the place, it was perfect.

I am already planning my next visit to this amazing vacation house! It was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Being able to bring our dogs to a dog friendly beach was so wonderful. I am very picky about cleanliness and OMG by the Sea was not only super clean, it was downright elegant and comfortable at the same time. If I go on vacation to the beach, I want to see the water as much as possible and this house has an expansive view of the beach and water! The decking wraps the whole house and it’s gated so the dogs could walk around. Also, with the back decking, it was so easy to rinse the dogs off from their beach walks. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, appliances, everything we needed was there. The biking and walking trails, the tennis courts and pool were all used by us and we are coming back in the Fall. A perfect place for an amazing vacation. Amanda

I believe I am the first reservation since this has been on the calendar. I will be coming back to this house many times in the future. This house is gorgeous, elegant and at the same time very comfortable. The location on the island is outstanding. I love the wrap around the whole house decking and to be able to walk out the back and right onto the beach. The view from inside the house is constant. The kitchen is fully stocked, the house very clean, I just can’t say enough about the place. I am planning on coming back this Fall. Another plus, is that we were able to bring our dogs. This area is a dog friendly beach. Our dogs are our family and bringing them with us has been the icing on the cake. Amanda Thompson
