Graceland is a terrific vacation house ! Most every member said at least one time related that this was their very favorite location . As for Cape and Coast … your service is exceptional ! We did have a few issues ,and while the elevator continued to be unusable, your response to every request was so quick and sincere in your wish to help that we knew you would help if you were able . Thanks ! Would have been good to have a heads up that the elevator wasn’t in working order before we arrived .

Love the views , location, privacy, and the ensuite in each bedroom! We love the handicap bedroom which is perfect for my mom. This was our 3rd year and we hope not our last!

The space at Graceland suits our wish list. The extended screened in beachside porch & proximity to the beach are perfect. The extra beverage coolers and ice maker are so convenient and a nice luxury.

I confess to my bias as I grew up a couple of hours west of Graceland. The house is warm, beautiful, decorated with care and whimsy, and has my most unbeatable feature, an enormous screened in porch. For the first time in over 50 years, I went to sleep listening to the lapping waves, watched a satisfyingly dramatic lightning storm approach from the West and pass over us, and spent inordinate amounts of time reading with a cup of tea and planted on the porch. Swimming, body surfing, fishing, talking, cooking, sharing meals, even (Hey—I live in DC) having coffee while absorbing a daily dose of the news, everything about the house and its location is incomparable. I wish it was mine.

The house was wonderful. It was near perfect upon arrival. We had no negative issues during the stay other than Tropical Storm Nicole. It was still a wonderful stay and really look forward to returning. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this property.

This secluded home provided exactly what our family needed to experience the Cape and the constant rhythm of ocean waves. High end appliances in the Kitchen & Laundry Room made us feel pampered. The extra beverage frig and commercial ice maker were a real treat! Everything worked great and we had no problems at all. The beds were so comfy and the en suites made everyone happy to have their own bathrooms. Cape & Coast was so easy to work with and while they have several beautiful properties we would book this one again because it was the last property before the State Park so it provided a bit more privacy than others.

This vacation home offered amazing views of the bay and the gulf, amazing privacy being the last home and next to the park. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully and well-appointed. We had good coverage as well for cell phones and internet. Absolutely amazing vacation!

House is beautiful, perfect for us! Elevator was a plus! We all enjoyed the screened in porch and the beds are so comfortable! Appliances top notch and the sunsets are breathtaking! We are already looking at dates for a 2 week stay next year!

The beautiful home is the perfect location—last home on the beach before the State Park. It was spacious, gorgeously decorated, with comfy beds and pillows, a screen porch area that we lived in when weather allowed, and an inside open living space for cooking and playing board games that kept our family connected. The beach was not crowded, the white sand and colorful sunsets capped off just what this Midwest family needed from our vacation! I already miss the lapping of those gulf waves! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was better than advertised. The $250 equipment allowance was great. Equipment was waiting on us upon arrival. The house was very clean. Access to beach was perfect. Can’t say enough positive things about the property or rental process. Loved the technical aspects of the home. Figured out the TVs and remotes pretty quickly. The solar system demonstrates the owners commitment to the environment and the “Cape”. Have already booked for next year. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful home.

Everything was as advertised or better. I would lean toward better. The house was wonderful. Perfectly appointed. Couldn't have ask for a nicer home. Perfect proximity to the beach. Beach equipment was waiting on us when we arrived. Figured out the remotes in just a few minutes. Reset the Joeys and we were in business. Love the proximity to the park. Can't wait for more of the park to open up. We vacation to the Cape regularly and really miss the full park access. We were more than satisfied with our stay and have already booked for next year. Check in was simple. Never had to have any contact with property management. They had done that good of a job prior to our arrival. Thank you for the use of your wonderful home.

We loved the location, as we enjoyed both the ocean and the bay (which is an easy walk away and feels like you are in the Bahamas! Plan to spend one day on the "bay-beach!" We loved the kitchen and gas stove, as we cooked together most evenings (there's a great little seafood market just down the road.) We loved the utility room next to the kitchen, the ice maker, the wine cooler and the extra space...especailly since we brought tons of groceries! The only issue was the wasn't removed from the previous guests and got stinky during the week. And, don't expect to use the didn't work all week. Other than those two things...this was the perfect house and the perfect week.

We loved our time at Graceland. The house is just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen. The owners went above and beyond with all of the little touches they added around the house. We had to contact the property management a couple of times and they responded quickly and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. The only thing I will mention is that the listing says the house has wifi but it barely works. We couldn't get more than two phones connected and and once we did it made the apps on the TV, like Netflix, unusable. We were planning on staying in the house and working remotely but had to leave after a week to go back to work. The internet provider came out to the house once but said the package provided is only 4MB so you might as well not have internet. Everything else about the house is nice but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the house and the management company.

The house was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked very well with good quality items. We cooked every meal and we didn't have any problem not having what we needed to prepare the meal. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. (pillows were a bit hard). There were games and puzzles for the kids when the got tired in the evenings. The location couldn't have been more perfect! Just a few steps down to the water to spend the day sitting and enjoying the perfect ocean. It wasn't crowded at all with being right next to the park. There were a few "beach cars" that would park behind us and walk into the beach park area since they weren't allowed to drive into the park. The outside of the house was perfect! Where to start? The firepit! Was awesome in the evenings (when the bugs weren't bitting) It was so nice for the adults to sit around the fire in the evenings. The swings! So fun to sit and swing and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The outside bathroom and shower! This really was a lifesaver! We loved the bathroom on the outside ground level. It saved us from having to run in and out of the house constantly making a mess. The younger boys also used the shower out there as well. In addition, there is another shower outside as well. Along with the hose to spray off feet/legs, there is no reason to track sand into the house! As perfect as Graceland is, there are a couple of negatives I'll share. 1) There aren't locks on any inside doors (even bathrooms). Which led to some awkward moments with kids running into rooms. 2) No blinds/curtains in bedrooms. While the sunrise was beautiful, i would rather have been able to sleep in a bit longer. Also, the house behind us had a clear view into one of the bedrooms. 3) The internet was pretty much uselsess. We got better connection using cellular than connecting to the wifi. We couldn't get the tv to really work unless we used our cellular hotspots. Small tradeoff with the seclusion of the house. Overall, I would say this is the best property we have stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean, secluded spot on the ocean. Thank you for a lovely vacation!
