The home was great. So much extra space. Loved the wide beach area and pool deck. Loved having the elevator as we had a person in our group with foot issues and one of our beloved pets who had surgery recently couldn't do the stairs. One of the A/C units stopped working, but it was fixed within a very short time period. Just wish we had saw more sunshine!

Despite the threat of hurricane Debby, we had an absolutely wonderful time here this week! This home is amazing! It was more than spacious for our group of 10. We loved having the pool and ping pong table :) We spent many fantastic hours enjoying the deck and pool. It was a fantastic week for our families to come together here! (Elevator was a huge bonus!)

We came together to enjoy family & friends but left with so much more! We were concerned about the purple flag and the shark encounter further west, so we cautiously played in the water. Day 2we encountered 2 stingrays frolicking near the shore- so cute. We then spotted dolphins jumping in the distance. Monday evening we were honored by the appearance of a sea turtle who emerged from the ocean! We watched as she made her way onto the shore and proceeded to dig a hole and lay her eggs! Right behind the house! Something we will never forget. Along with crabbing at night and watching the pelicans diving in the ocean, we all will remember our time at Cape Conchs for s long time!!

This house is ideal for our family. Having multiple refrigerators, a separate ice maker, pool adjacent to living room makes for a enjoyable experience.

The house was awesome. Perfect for our group. Perfect location for the Cape. Close to the general store and restaurants. Private access to the beach was incredible. Pool off the living area was great for the kids.

Cape Conchs is in a wonderful location on Cape San Blas with a private pool and easy beach access. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our party of 16. We will return to the cape again next summer.

Loved the house ! Some furniture showed a little wear but made it homey to me. Pretty good supply in kitchen but coffee maker took about 45 minutes to make a pot so we bought a new one for the house as we had some serious coffee addicts. Pool was great, heater worked perfect, elevator worked perfect, can't recall any issues at all.

Large bedrooms and updated bathrooms Bunk rooms are nice but not meant for teenagers! Very large kitchen/ living area with fold back doors.! Was able to open one day! Cleaning service did not make up all the bunk beds and put a full sheet sideways on a king bed, kitchen needed hot pads and dish towels Called maintenance to fix barstools and dishwasher and bring linens needed The house has a wine cooler and an amazing ice machine. Only needed bagged ice for frozen beverages All in all we had a wonderful time!

House was wonderful! Lots of room for all of us and even quiet, alone space. The common space and pool were perfect for all of us to be together and not on top of each other. We especially loved the short walk to the beach - very convenient to go back and forth to the house. The ice machine was awesome! Our coolers were iced down all week! We enjoyed our stay. There were 4 families in the house ages from 2 to 70. The house was large so we could spread out. The views were beautiful, the pool was nice, and the rooms were spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent being midway up the peninsula. Close to the Trading Post and a few shops. The area is very quiet and the beaches were clean and pristine. We would definitely come back here again! A huge plus this property was dog friendly, made it for an ever better experience being able to bring our dog along for vacation.

Cape Conchs was a great house, but it was definitely showing some wear and tear. Many of the window shades were broken, a broken tv in a guest bedroom, and a few other minor things like light bulbs burnt out. These are somewhat expected in a rental property and none of them caused any negative impact of our vacation. The house is HUGE and was very clean! Room for plenty of guests and family, two refrigerators, well stocked kitchen, industrial sized ice machine in pantry, and plenty of seating. The patio furniture could be replaced with something nicer since the chairs were basic plastic and on the cheaper side from what we expected with a house that is considered luxury priced. The house came with a beach cart/wagon which was nice to have something easy to haul our beach gear to and from each day.

Bike path along Cape San Blas Rd was very convenient for biking, running, and walking. It is a decent 25-30 minute drive to the grocery store so come stocked for a few days to limit the amount of time you have you drive to the grocery store.

We enjoyed a great week-long family vacation at Cape Conchs! The house is huge with plenty of room to spread out. The pool on the main floor is super convenient (we heated ours for our Stay in October and it felt great!) plus the easy walk on the private boardwalk to the beach. There were plenty of other people at the beach but you always have plenty of space without feeling crowded. This house is a perfect location for great sunrises (off the front) and incredible sunsets (off the back). We cooked all meals at the house and were pretty impressed with all the kitchen had to offer - really everything you’d ever need. We had a few things we had to have maintenance come by for but they were very responsive. One of my only critiques is most of the beds (and even pillows) were very uncomfortable. Might be time for an upgrade. But everything else helped make our trip perfect! Would definitely rent again!

Cape Conch is a great house for large family vacations. We loved the openness of the kitchen/dining room/den. The views were gorgeous, all of the bedrooms are large and accommodating. The ice maker and second refrigerator are a great addition but unfortunately both of the ice makers were broken the whole week we were there. The beds were very comfortable but king sized beds need king sized pillows. The elevator was great for unloading everything the day we arrived. The private boardwalk all the way to the beach is also a very nice feature. We recommend renting or bringing a beach cart for hauling chairs, umbrellas, tents etc. to the beach. We also loved the pool being on the main level. Another great place to watch the sunset! We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Location and house setup were perfect. House included everything one would need in kitchen. The open concept of the kitchen, game area, and living area made it great space to hang out. Pool area was very handy and nice to hang out at night. Short walk to beach on a well maintained boardwalk was enjoyable. Bedrooms were spacious and everyone that stayed had their own bathroom. Looking to reserve the same house for next year and years to come. Thank you to the owners for providing such a nice facility.

The pool table had been recovered since last year; the ice maker is always a plus. The house was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The location was fantastic and the kids couldn't get enough of the pool. We loved Cape San Blas and the unique activities including dolphin watching, fishing, exploring the state park . . . and the donuts. Weber's Little Donuts is a MUST and an easy walk from the house. During our stay, we had an issue with an appliance, which had been broken during the previous stay and only found hours before we arrived. How issues are handled is a true test of a rental property. I can't say enough about how the the Cape & Coast team and the owner handled the situation. There was great communication on repair timelines and concern to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend Cape Conch and Cape & Coast Vacation Rentals!

It is a perfect setup for our group and in a great location. There are a few maintenance/amenity updates that could be done on the property: there was a big water stain on the kitchen ceiling, one of the shelfs in a King Master is missing in the shower, no decent size baking sheet could be found and it needs MORE kitchen towels. 2 is not enough for this many people. We were constantly washing them. But we love the ice machine and other than the few things mentioned the house if well-equipped for a great beach vacation!

Cape Conchs was beautiful in the photos and when we arrived it was more than we had hoped for. The house was more than comfortable. It was spacious and beautiful, with all of the kitchen items we needed to make dinners every night. We used the credit to have bikes and paddle boards for the week and we all had a great time. We will definitely be coming back!

Despite the tropical storm, we had an amazing time, and this house certainly helped. The elevated pool was a great feature and the walk to the beach was super short. With 14 people in the home, we never felt cramped because the house was so big and accommodating. The only major issue we had was the WiFi. It was spotty at best and slow when it did work. This made it difficult for our one college student doing online work and one adult working remotely. But despite these issues, we made it work and enjoyed our time.

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We only had one issue and Cape and Coast took care of it immediately. The gate code that we were given by you to get into the neighborhood was incorrect. One of our vehicles came in at 2AM , couldn’t get through the gate so they took the back way into the neighborhood,which they didn’t know turns into a sand road. The car got stuck in the sand and had to be pulled out by a tow truck. When I called the next day to get the correct code, I explained what happened. An hour later I received a voicemail that you guys credited my card for the cost of the tow , which was very much appreciated. Can’t complain about a little inconvenience since you made it right immediately. Overall, the stay was excellent and everyone at Cape and Coast was great. We’ll certainly be back next August.

It is right on the beach, the pool off the family room was great and the little grocery store, gas station and seafood shop just down the road were so convenient. My son took the kayak that comes with the house out in the back bay to fish everyday and caught 8 different kinds of fish. If you are looking for place to get away from the crowds and enjoy your family and nature this is it!

We had a little difficulty operating the elevator and we got it stuck between floors when we first arrived. Maintenance came out within a few minutes of my call and got the elevator up and running again for us. Again, it was our fault (operator error) but they were very helpful and responsive. The elevator was a huge help with unloading groceries and luggage. We loved the gulf front location and private boardwalk. The ice machine was also a plus! The private heated pool was amazing but space around the pool could be tight with larger groups. We were close to the trading post and scallop cove which we visited frequently! We hope to make it back next year and I would definitely recommend this property! Thank you Cape&Coast!

Ten of us stay in this home with my younger sister and her family staying in a nearby home. The short walk down the boardwalk to the beach makes it so easy to go back and forth to the house when needed. The home is perfect for our large group to gather for dinner and to play games well into the night. We also took advantage of Getaway Groceries to have our groceries for the week delivered. How convenient to have everything already in the house and ready to do when we arrive! We hope to vacation in this home for years to come.
