Our family really enjoyed our stay, even though we were there during hurricane Cindy. The pool and hot tub came in handy. We used them when it was raining and we couldn't get in the ocean. The kitchen was set up well and we used it for most of our meals. There were a few things I wish we would have had, and this is a personal preference. A 9x13 cake pan, cutting board, hand held juicer for our lemons/limes, and rockers on the deck. The property management company was great. We really enjoyed our stay! The time passed too quickly. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The property description was accurate and the property was generally clean and well maintained. The manager provided very prompt customer service. It is a nice home, not "luxurious" but nice. Furnishings need a bit of repair, they are showing some signs of wear.

Thank you for your review. This home is a very popular home so thank you for letting us know that it is beginning to show wear, we will definitely keep a close eye on it. I hope you were able to enjoy the fantastic views that you can only get from a beachfront home. The pool, hot tub. fire pit and adventure gear all help to ensure you have the absolute best vacation possible. So we hope you will be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Sugar Dunes in April. The house was beautifully decorated and very well-equipped to meet all of our needs. It is located on a lovely area of the beach with breathtaking sunset views. The heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit were added bonuses. We certainly had a peaceful and memorable vacation at Cape San Blas!

Loved the house, well furnished, awesome view. Cape and coast was very helpful in all aspects. First time in the area, and it is perfect if you're looking for laid back, no crowds, and relaxing. We will rent this again in the future.
The only thing I would say that needs brought to attention for maintenance would be the decking is all done with nails, and quite a few were sticking up. Luckily, I had a hammer and got a lot nailed down before anyone caught a foot on them. Probably needs to be checked, but it would not deter me from returning.

This is our third year renting Sugar Dunes for spring break and we couldn't love it any more than we do! The heated pool, hot tub and fire pit are invaluable when the gulf water is cold. With three boys to keep busy it has been amazing. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals during our stay. We will be back next year!

This home was as close to perfect as you can get. It was spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped, nice small heated pool, and hot tub. The best views are from the top balcony, but the 2nd floor also has good views of the ocean. The view of the beach is partially obstructed by the sand dune from the 2nd floor balcony- not a big deal though- we still had great views. The beach was not crowded and are dog friendly. Small convenience stores within walking distance. Part of the short path to the water is a little steep for people with mobility disabilities, a member in our family used the neighbor's stairs (because it had a handrail and stairs).

The house was very nice. Tastefully decorated and looks newly updated. The size of the porches were very nice and convenient to close off and keep the dogs in that area. Great views from the porches. Pool was perfect touch and there is plenty of nice outdoor furniture to lounge or even eat dinner. It was nice to have the walkway to the beach directly next to the home. Everyday we went down to the beach there was really no one close to us. Quiet & relaxing area. Nothing negative whatsoever to say about Sugar Dunes. Would definitely go back.

We had a great time at Sugar Dunes. It was our third visit to Cape San Blas and probably our favorite home. We especially enjoyed the private pool in the front of the house. The homes we rented in the past had the pool out back and it was shared with other homes. This was much nicer and it had a hot tub. The only bummer was you can't see kids on beach from the deck because the dune is too high. This also left little usable beach space so we couldn't set up a volleyball net. Our kids are older so we didn't mind not seeing them at the beach from the house.
